Legislative Alert - Call to Action! VOTE NO on HB 473 This bill would allow the Governor to transfer funds from, among others, the Cycle Rider Safety Training Fund and the Off Highway Trails Fund to the state's general fund. This bill was a benign Funds Transparency bill when introduced in the House. In one day, voting along party lines, the Senate amended and passed this bill to allow the funds transfers. The amended HB 473 has been placed on the House calendar for a vote of concurrence. Please Contact Your State Representative Immediately And Ask Them To Vote No On HB 473.
